To add to the chickpea praise, I have done a mix of half soft tofu, half chickpea flour, and some cornstarch to thicken and then treat it like you would eggs seasoning wise. Made it before for a friend (not vegan myself) and they really enjoyed it. Hope you do as well!

I always found the pixel style and audio design better then the game itself which I think is why I like Return to Obra Dinn much more, but yeah I would probably just skip it.

I want to believe whoever was dealing with the grant in the office just threw it away or something to delay it long enough to miss the deadline.
But I also think maybe they are just insanely stupid, because they are also spending 1.2m to install more license plate reading cameras that will just be off like the current system is.
