Absolutely comrade, I just felt like being a little whipper-snapper at the time. Cary on <3

Shits trash. The west is only capable of barbarism with lipstick on in its current state

Naturally, I feel incredibly wealthy being able to share the wonderful sun and weather. Gives me hope.

Btw Bulgarian split squats without weights are a must-have for legs, believe me they will build so much strength throughout, its worth it, anyway happy hunting <3

The individual you interacted with sounds like a deeply unserious person. Just keep growing and try your best to ignore them because that will take time away from yourself. Unfortunately I don't doubt they will involve themselves more into your life even if its little annoying moments like these, however just remember this person will never matter that much so just do you <3

Indeed comrade, indeed <3

Hey, dw about spamming questions I am happy to answer them, and to answer your Q I think so yes. But don't worry building tendons is actually really easy it just takes time, the formula is low weight and frequency. If this is your first time working out ever, expect 2-3 months from the first time you broke a sweat. Do incline pressups on some stairs for example or the knee pressups, just crank out a few every now and then each day, believe me this stage will pass by like nothing.

Be kind to yourself, you're building your foundations, completely forget heavy weights for now because tendons do not work that way. And make sure to work out core and legs believe me they will improve your QOL

omg that actually might be such a great idea, I might think on that! Thank you <3

Hey comrades, I’ve been dropping little nuggets for a few months now to my dear friends about Marxism and communism, and they’ve grown to really fond of me digesting the current nightmarish situation in the west with dialectic materialism and would like to learn more for themselves.

The thing is, my good friends are all rather dyslexic, and I worry that the older works might be a bit too much for them, I was wondering if anybody had good recommendations I could point them to. My friends are not stupid, and I am sure they will want to read Marx, Lenin, Mao and beyond eventually, they are quite enthusiastic people, but I want to give them the best chance and start them off light. Hope you all are having a lovely day <3
