I agree that most all of them are borderline placebo, but I'm pretty positive that some combination of breath and water lies the cure.

My go-to for curing hiccups is just taking little sips of something and pausing in between

It's too bad there isn't a community where you could ask a question that you realize is probably stupid, but still want an answer for

I must be crazy, because I don't remember there being any mention of him working with multiple bodies at all, let alone dozens.

I don't know. One time I joined a game, and I had plenty of reasons to join the party, but the DM started RPing a really rude character, and it's like his method of getting me to join the party was to be a huge asshole to me? I just didn't pick up on it, and when I finally gave my character an ass-pull reason to join (that I could do some good if I tagged along) the DM was like "jeez, finally" and it sucked.

Like, if I'm playing a level 1 wizard, and the DM tells me I'm gonna die if I enter the conflict, it's not really my backstory's fault that I don't jump into the fray. Sometimes you're dealing with an inexperienced DM that expects you to metagame your way into the party. I genuinely thought he was on the verge of giving me the opportunity to convince the party to run away from the dragon, not stay and fight it.

Have you played the new Fantasy Life? It's great

I also have a rare type of colorblindness, and it sucks when certain parts of a game are seemingly locked behind color perception. Like, if there's going to be a reflex mechanic that necessitates a distinction between two colors, please let me customize those two colors in the options. And don't limit it to deuteranopia, protanopia, and tritanopia; just let me choose the fucking colors. Some games do it right, but most just assume everyone can perceive colors the same way

It's probably the best recommendation you'll get, unless you're into the comedy zombie shows. I'd honestly put it above the early seasons of The Walking Dead

Here are a few. None are perfect, but I enjoyed them to varying degrees

Black Summer, iZombie, Daybreak, Santa Clarita Diet, Reality Z, Freakish, In the Flesh, Zomboat!, Z Nation

That's not what I meant, and it isn't entirely accurate anyway. Her power absorbs the energy of the people she touches, it doesn't just kill them.

I don't believe Rogue has ever killed anyone with her touch by accident. The most obvious counterpoint would be Carol Danvers, but that situation had as much to do with Ms. Marvel's powers as it did Rogue's. Maybe you're confusing her with another character that has an instant death poke, but in most universes, Rogue's powers aren't inherently more dangerous than the average mutant's, providing she accepts them as part of herself.

She was traumatized by nearly killing someone when her X-Gene first activated, and she refused to gain any sort of mastery over her powers for a long time because of that. Just like other mutants, Rogue's abilities are core to her identity, and a huge part of her journey was acknowledging that fact and learning to control them. If she had followed your sentiments, she probably wouldn't have made that journey.

Westworld. I started watching it twice, and both times I thought it was really good until I ran out of patience about not knowing what the hell was going on.

I did a bit of experimenting and I thought I'd share the results
