I’d like to warn you that a sudden change in her recommendations could seem to her like the whole internet got censored and she can’t see the truth anymore.

This is exactly the response my neighbors have. "Things get censored, so that must mean that the gov must be hiding this info" It's truly insane to see this happen

All jokes aside, these two parts (as well as part three) perfectly describe how I've been experiencing social media as well. The same goes for Whatsapp since the Facebook / Meta take-over, where suddenly everything needs to be connected to one specific platform to formulate profiles where advertisers could pick and choose the customers they would like to address.

Anyways, came to this post via your comment and I'm pretty glad I did. Good read and good eulogy!
