lord knows chuds and zionists are some of the most violent, unhinged people on the planet and I'm sure the threats against him have increased tenfold since the primary. please stay safe out there Zohran

"you're no different than a pod bro" says the guy angrily ranting into his podcast mic

anyway kinda weird to spend half the video glazing your own dad

meanwhile there's a lot of work that needs doing that is not being done. maybe people wouldn't be so "anti-work" if their work meaningfully contributed to society and afforded them a decent standard of living

oh yeah it's very similar to the top left one, like they started with that and just cut some notches out of it

ok I get that the Ukraine thing was a reach but it was the combination of yellow and green in those exact shades that immediately made me think of zelensky-pain

I think the trick is to use more rounded and curved shapes instead of hard angles

for example, I wouldn't tend to think "fascism" when looking at a traditional triskele

but contrast that with the nazi versions of the triskele: (CW for nazi hate symbols)

actually that 2nd one is pretty similar to the shoe logo, hmmm

I wouldn't have mentioned Ukraine if it was just green, it's the combination of yellow-on-military green that I found very reminiscent of that shirt Zelensky is always wearing. maybe a stretch but I feel like whoever designed this was inspired by Ukrainian military wear, intentionally or not. & I wouldn't say everything from Ukraine is fascist but their military has certainly aligned itself with neo-nazis

it was really the symbol that felt fashy to me more than anything though. hard geometric lines and rotational symmetry will always make me think of nazi symbols. like "copy my homework but don't make it too obvious" but with a swastika

gamecube logo is innocent (though, Nintendo is not)

and yeah this isn't an actual fascist symbol, it's just giving that vibe

granted my only exposure to this clown is via the Hasan and Sam Seder "debates" but I genuinely can not understand how this guy has fans. did he used to be a completely different person or something?

"yeah well I'm not sexually harassing a young girl at this very moment, therefore you are a liar. check and mate"

- originally I had the text read "Commiefornia" or "Commiefornia Republic" but that's too meme-y; I wanted an unironic take on what the flag of a hypothetical communist state of California would look like

- changed the white to gold because it's the golden state, also communism (duh)

- I just copied the red and gold hues from China's flag because they look good together, but that might be too derivative

- The hammer and sickle is more akin to the Soviet version, I just grabbed an svg from the internet

- changed the bear's dark brown to black and the light brown to a different dark brown. looks sicker that way. also made the text black

- simplified the grass patch to be one solid color because it's cleaner

as a bonus here's my original hand-drawn "Commiefornia" sketch. I was too lazy to detail the bear but I liked it enough to create the vector version seen above

hi comrades I've been on this site with various accounts since it was a subreddit and I've just returned after deleting my last account a few months back

some time ago I posted about being unemployed for a long time and lacking the motivation to find work and just generally being alienated and having no direction in life. a lot of kind people had great advice, and shout out to the person in particular who suggested postal work, whoever you are! that planted the seed in my brain and the more I thought about it, the more sense it made to me. and now I've just received a job offer to become a mail carrier! I will be out in the real world, serving the public, getting exercise, and most importantly, not having to work for porky

it will be a difficult road ahead, this is a radical change in lifestyle but that's exactly what I needed and I'm looking forward to accepting the challenge

PS any advice from other postal worker comrades is very much welcome, as this line of work is very much new to me!
