One of the rules if you decide to go for a union is status quo. The NLRB will require them to keep the status quo until an election is finished. It would help at least in the short term with keeping what you do like.

As for strikes they are supposed to be fairly rare. in my attempts we've never gone that far.

I'd say formally, form a union in your workplace and enjoy the added protections it grants all of you.

There is the possibility the company will break the law so freshen up some resumes for the short term.

More protests need people openly armed so cops are less likely to abuse us and leaders listen.

Very cool students!

Damn if only there was an easy solution, like making people not work themselves to death and actually have time for families

So now all their peripherals will last 10 days out of warranty and customer support will be even more useless?

Sad.

What's the point of all these lawsuits over mergers when every single time there is clearly a monopolistic merger it just goes through anyways.

Get rid of that USB wifi adapter and get a built in wifi card in the mobo. USB adapters are horribly unreliable and break often. You could get a pcie wifi card instead too.

I'd go down to a 5800x3d to save money on ram, mobo and the 7900x is a little overkill when you're getting a 6750xt, you could stay in the 7000 series and go with the 7800x3d if you so desire. You could also upgrade to the 6800/6850xt or 7700 for a bit better gaming performance

I would also put more money into the keyboard, it doesn't look mechanical though it is up to your personal preference entirely. I personally would go mechanical.

No, the best thing to do is listen to teamsters leadership and if they ask for a boycott stop using them until the deal goes through.

Always nice to see this constant wave of labor strikes, organizing and action
