Afaik the AIVD has 'serious sognals' he is in contact with Russian agents and he also still leads a party (though they have a new front woman now). But yes, both are allowed to remain politicians. Even worse, a lot of people don't know about their foreign connections, because only left-wing media calls them out on it.
