i've never understood people who immediately turn to psychoanalyzing other people over the first few messages they saw them send online, but it really does seem to come out of a desire to condescend to other people. especially since it now comes with the insistence i'm not only brushing up on gentle people with my posting, but i'm doing it out of anger and distaste for others

well ackshually if you just pirate windows and run a debloat script and de-ameliorate it and do a bunch of registry tweaks and run a few powershell commands it's great!

That same NP gave me some medication for my ADHD that didn’t really help and made me feel a lot more anxious and maybe depressed around the same time.
Was it a non-stimulant medication? As far as I'm aware non-stimulant medications take at least two weeks to take effect AND don't work on everyone like stimulants do.

Hold up - shouldn't you be seeing a specialist to get a diagnosis? It is totally possible that you have bi-polar instead of ADHD but I don't think a "nurse practitioner" would be in their right mind to even make a diagnosis unless it's plainly obvious, which I don't think it is if they only interviewed you with a few questions.
If only there was some way to prevent this? 🤔

Not really no. I think maybe you are a bit socially blind or something if you can't understand why everyone thinks you are acting unhinged. I would recommend maybe seeking an autism diagnosis? Anti-social pesonality disorder maybe?
