Oh shit, that last update borked my computer... wth is postfix? How was it corrupted? Whatever... How do I reinstall it... [look up answer an Ask Ubuntu- Copy/Paste]; okay cool. Wait, losing postfix also broke my graphics driver?! Why? Whatever... I guess I should reinstall it... [look up answer an Ask Ubuntu- Copy/Paste]; okay cool.
Then I forget everything I just did because Ubuntu rarely breaks and also I think it was just my ssd dying...
Some happy little Rust right over here.

Probably shouldn't have told them the babies are going to starve.
Slow motion planking, nice.
Just spend a few minutes with your legs above your head each day, and you'll be fine. I usually just lie on my bed with my feet up on the wall after stretching. Sometimes I also end up taking a nap, which is nice.

Check out:
https://www.sensaphonics.com/products/erseriesplugs (these are apparently what professionals use in the music business, like the people that make the magic behind the stage)
and
https://jhaudio.com/accessories/ACC-PLUG-CSTM-STD (these ones don't have any openings, so might be more difficult to converse, $75 cheaper tho)
I bought some pretty good reusable earplugs from Marks Work Warehouse a while ago, but it seems they don't carry them anymore. They're nifty little things that are all silicone with a tiny hole in the plug part that allows for sounds less than ~50dB (conversation levels).
