Another face? Wouldn't he just carve his own ugly face over top of the existing ones?

Let's be clear about what is upsetting Musk. He is in favour of the tax cuts to the rich. He just thinks that the poor should SUFFER MORE to make the tax cuts happen. He wants to keep all of the stuff that will benefit him, and cut all the stuff that keeps everyday Americans alive. Please don't spin this as some kind of redemption arc for Musk. If anything, he upset that Trump isn't even shittier.

For a Trump admin position, though, this goes at the top of your CV.

Hey man, I downvoted but i wanted to tell you why. My family has multiple alcoholics. I’m not judging you at all, but i a wanted to encourage you to find other coping mechanism. Alcohol is very dangerous, especially when used that way. Be safe, bro.

Good analysis, and good on ya for looking into the data! Thanks.

i share your skepticism and distrust of milei as well. Time will be the true test of his policies. It’s just that i was expecting an unmitigated disaster from day one, and so far …

Yeah, at least the Teslas are new (right now). I haven’t had the same experience with shoddy cabs, but i am in a different part of the world. I can see the appeal of being in a newer, cleaner vehicle.

That is amazing news, especially since the stats come from UNICEF. I am not a Milei admirer, but i gotta respect his results so far. If he manages to turn the country around without hurting the vulnerable (and that seems to be the case according to the article), i will have to rethink my opinion.

I gotta admit, under 5 bucks is a pretty good deal and definitely cheaper than i expected. i can’t imagine they’re profitable at that price, though.

I totally agree.

Remember when the price of groceries came down because of all the self-checkouts? Like, are his taxis going to be significantly cheaper than other providers? If not, why would I use them?

I really think the investors who are like "Tesla shares are worth $450 each because of robotaxis" really haven't thought this one through. A driverless taxi is only better for the Taxi company. The experience for the user is worse in every way. If you want to charge the same as a regular taxi, your service has to be better. Who is going to help me with my luggage? Uh oh, storm clouds. I guess I will WALK IN THE RAIN.

I know there are some real idiots out there, but let's break down the characteristics of a Tesla robotaxi customer:

  • must be stupid
  • must like walking in bad weather / getting stranded in random locations
  • must like paying more for less
  • must be ok with nazis

I'm no stock analyst, but I am confident in my $0.00 valuation of Tesla shares.

Maybe he’s a bot or a willing Russian propagandist. Technically, that wouldn’t make him an idiot, haha.

My wife suggested we pay by e-transfer and make the security question too hard for Trump to answer. For example: what is Melania’s birthday? What is Eric’s middle name?
