I use vim daily for my software engineering job. I love its versatility, availability, and keyboard focus. But I'm a bit stuck as far as learning new commands, I probably should push through some new vim learnings to streamline stuff I do regularly.

I think I will when they do their first production run, I don’t know what I’ll do with it, I have no free time or desk space, but I think I neeeed it.

Not writing unit tests just isn't an option for a reliable app in the long term. But, it'll take way more than 10 minutes, always.

We had our 19 year old nephew watch that this last weekend, a beautiful masterpiece still.

My brother had an acoustic coupled 300 baud modem for his C64, but that stuff was off limits to me. My first was a 2400 baud on ISA card, I bought for the family IBM XT Clone when I was maybe 13, I came up with the money with a hustle. I bought an old lionel train set at a garage sale with $20, sold it to a train shop for $100 (they probably screwed me over). It was my first pc component install, I remember setting the dip switches for the IRQ channel.

Gorgeous! The white flowered varietal has naturalized in our garden and pops up in the beds. I've always enjoyed it. It has some interesting medicinal properties as well.
