If you click links in the readme (i only tried the last two ones) you get a dmca takedown message.

Btw that seems to be a fork/reupload of a DMCA'd repo.

Maybe they glitch throug the corners when growing up. Try making the glass skirt two blocks high and fill in the bottom right corner.

You should choose a distro where you don't have to do a lot by yourself, since you are new. Another Point is software availability. Since it seems you want to use some specific software, check if its available as a flatpak (in which case the distro doesn't matter as long as the distro supports flatpak), or if it is directly available in the packages of the distro.

For concrete recommendations: as lembot_0004 said, debian and ubuntu are good general purpose starting points, but since ubunti updates some stuff a bit faste than debian and has a 3rd party driver installer, you might want to choose it if you have the need for it (for example if the current debian version does not support your graphics card yet).

I personally use linux mint, which looks more like windows on the desktop than debian or ubuntu.

Other people here have also recommended fedora, so if you want, you can check it out too.

In firefox you might need to enable playing drm protected content in the settings for that.

First of all, review it yourself. By reading it again and thinking about it you might find some stuff. After that try static analysis tools like olap said (even some lsp (language server protocol) integrated in your editor can give you good tips). Only after those two options i would even consider using llms, but finding a community of people that are about your language/framework can yield better results. Especially if it is a small project.

What are the meanings for these non-ascii symbols?

I normally start from some template my ide generates or by copying a project of mine that is similar.

I want to create a NAS for my family at home. I am already pretty sure about using TrueNAS as software, but the hardware is still open.

What hardware do you recommend for 2TB of usable Storage (+a second drive for mirroring the first one) that is used by 3 people for pictures, videos, and documents?

I am searching for a selfhosted and secure (end to end encryption) chat platform for my family (5-20 users), possibly one i can host on a raspi.

Is matrix a good choice, or should i try something else?
