Same situation, got a 4k Roku and it's been an absolute godsend for 3rd party apps!
So yeah, my vote is for a 4k Roku, I think they're a lot cheaper than an Nvidia Shield as well.

Same. My best mate has got with a lass who smokes (not a lot, like 5 rollies on a stressful day), and he started vaping, presumably from FOMO or whatever.
He's stopped vaping now, which is great! He's started smoking rollies now though, so that isn't so great.
But how could Valve have made $6.5b off of their own games? They haven't released anything in yonks have they?! Plus EA have the gacha-fication of FIFA/every other sports game franchise they own with Ultimate Team, etc.

It's a shame because out of all the WearOS watches available the TicWatches seem to be the best bang for buck (personally a massive fan of the dual screen thing), but they just don't support their products.
Was looking for my first 'proper' smartwatch and was considering whatever the newest TicWatch, but was put off from Reddit comments and YouTube comments saying that they hope Mobvoi support this watch better than the last ones.
I was lucky, someone else who doesn't land on the same pages and see the same things I did might not be, and will be suckered into buying something that will be a paperweight in a couple of years (tops).
