Also, once you pat the entry fee, all (or most) of the games are free. In the registration page, it says "Buy Tickets" for games, which isn't super clear, but that's how the game scheduling pages work.

It's not like it's an unknown little upstart. Facebook/Meta have a track record of taking as much from users as possible, and selling it. Some hesitation in giving them more seems prudent.
