I think it’s this:

“I just hired the best person to do something”

Scenario A: this person did a bigly good job at it. Something was my idea and I get all the credit.

Scenario B: this person did a massively horrible job at the something. Something failed because of this person and I’m awesome so I’m asking them to leave.

In both cases, the something usually turns out to be a massively stupid idea to begin with, but Trump gets to claim a win either way. This is how one fails upwardly their entire life.

That was a beautiful, poetic sentence.

No, it’s clearly Biden’s fault…. again. Boy, the week he’s been having.

Correct - not direct drive, but seems like that’s not really a necessary goal for most of us. If you really need to be able to just drive non stop all day while the sun is out, I don’t think that’s been solved yet (would still have to stop for gas even).

Exactly - in-house (the companies your agency used to do projects for). I think I got an immediate 40k bump going from advertising (an interactive agency) to healthcare.

Sorry - totally understand and didn’t mean to be dismissive of your situation.

Don’t lose hope because of the rantings of a lunatic. There are lots of us here that support you for who you are (provided you’re not an asshole or bigot) and don’t forget to be who you’re supposed to be. I’ve had some very unpleasant interactions with people that I had to realize just weren’t worth me thinking about. No need to let those assholes live rent free in your head.
