I think in the email they sent out they mentioned that each IP would be able to download 5 per 24 hours and "registered users" 10 per 24 hours. Paid members would be restricted to 1,000 per 24 hours.
It's 15 bucks a year for VIP, if I understood it correctly, then I am of the opinion there is nothing here to get mad about for "regular users".
Germany also has a couple exceptions. The two that immediately come to mind are the Ampelmann (traffic light man) in Berlin and the Mainzelmännchen in Mainz.

I think it's pretty harmless in this case. There are plenty of renditions of the Alice story with an older Alice and the story in general has become pretty synonymous with other adult topics (for example the general psychedelic aesthetic) that I don't really connect it with the original character much.
But I can see how some other people might see it differently, so I guess it's a fair call to not want it publicly shown.

The point of software like DLSS is to run stuff better on computers with worse specs than what you'd normally need to run a game as that quality. There's plenty of AI tech that can actually improve experiences and saying that Skyrim graphics are the absolute max we as humanity "need" or "should want" is a weird take ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
