I would think that, even despite the remaster, whatever computers you have that are reasonably powerful would be fine. ME3 came out in 2012, which is the most recent of the trilogy. Give it a go on your laptop, if that doesn't work out get an older video card for one of your better desktops and see if that works out. Without the authority of a PC gamer, I'd be surprised if you had any issues.
edit it's interesting that it was compared to Babylon 5. Never would have thought of it myself, but I'm really not mad at the comparison.
