i hear you and I wish I could unexperience some of my life experiences. I'm not saying that there is a big population of humans that are worth less than others but when you have witnessed firsthand what the worst of the worst, it's an uncomfortable truth that sometimes people can be monsters unworthy of humanity.
it's probably nepotism but sometimes desperation to fill a job posting is the priority. if you're the only one available, it's better than not having someone
