Lol yeah I'm aware. I couldn't find anyone talking about it on any other instance at the time either.

There's general risk with some foods as well, like raw seafood/meat, seafood high in mercury, and unpasteurized dairy.

Mmm maybe! The straight people I know well are pretty rigid in their sexuality though so maybe not quite everyone would take that offer?

I'm really bisexual and a domme/sub switch, so my feelings of wondering what having a penis would be like are tied to that somewhat for me

It would be such fun to be able to just....try out whichever genitals we want, whenever we want!

I was agreeing with you :)

Tylenol is the brand name in the US for acetaminophen. It’s the same as paracetamol. It’s the only fever reducer and pain reliever pregnant women can take.

There is a correlation, which is why the Trump administration was pushing the dangerous idea that pregnant women should not use acetaminophen because it will give their children autism. It's not a causation though.

Pregnant women are limited to only acetaminophen for reducing fevers and treating pain.

It's pretty obvious that there's a hereditary component to ADHD/autism. But it's one of those things that needs further study to prove and since it's difficult to test these medications on pregnant women, it takes longer.

I'm not trans and I still wonder what it would be like to have a penis. My male partner is straight and insanely attracted to trans women.

Depends, do you fantasize about a guy cumming inside your butt or a woman? Lol

It's a whole spectrum out there. Call yourself whatever makes you most comfortable.

James Walker, a professor emeritus of obstetrics and gynaecology at the University of Leeds, said the research had helped to “cut through the noise” regarding recent concerns regarding whether medications taken by mothers during pregnancy could affect their babies.

“The practical message is straightforward” Walker said. “Women with moderate or severe depression should not stop their antidepressants in pregnancy out of fear of causing autism or ADHD. Depression that goes untreated in pregnancy carries real risks of its own, for the mother, the pregnancy and for the developing baby, including a higher chance of premature birth, postnatal depression and difficulties bonding with the baby. For milder depression, talking therapies and other non-medication approaches are usually tried first, in line with current guidelines. As always, decisions in pregnancy are personal and should be made with a clinician who knows the woman’s history.”

Data compiled by the Cascadia Research Collective's working list shows many of the whales examined this spring were emaciated, with malnutrition emerging as a common finding in necropsies. Cascadia also notes several carcasses have shown trauma consistent with vessel strikes or prior entanglement, though officials say full cause-of-death determinations will depend on lab results. The group asks the public to report strandings and to avoid disturbing animals so responders can properly document and sample each case.

Gosh it's just so sad :(

Completely agree. Self reflection, even if it doesn't lead to different conclusions, is highly beneficial and should be encouraged regardless of perceived gender or sexual orientation.

The world would be a bit better if we all had more introspection.

Thanks for bringing this up, I've been having trouble all day on the Blahaj instance and couldn't find anyone talking about it.

Almost like it’s incredibly hard to not succumb to societal pressures of anti-aging especially when you’re in the public.

Last week, the Seattle subreddit dredged up a long-time drama between the Laurelhurst neighborhood and Seattle Children’s Hospital about its helicopters.

Seattle Children’s is the go-to specialized pediatric care center for Washington, Wyoming, Alaska, Montana, and Idaho. When children from near and far away need urgent treatment, they’ll get swooped up by a helicopter and taken to Seattle Children’s. This, the affluent North Seattle neighborhood will tell you, is quite the nuisance.

Such a nuisance that a neighborhood group wanted to make sure the hospital wasn’t landing flights on the helipad for non-emergency reasons, according to meeting minutes from 2021. “There needs to be a medical justification form for each flight (one was a broken leg for example),” said one member. In the six years of documented meetings The Stranger looked at, they had a lot more to say.

A sprawling child exploitation investigation by the Vancouver Police Department has resulted in the arrest of a Vancouver man and the death of a prominent local pediatrician, who was found deceased of an apparent suicide just a day after a felony warrant was issued for his arrest.

The investigation, which involves the Vancouver Police Department and the Clark County Sheriff’s Office, began in February 2026.

Authorities reported receiving a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children regarding child sex abuse material traced to a Vancouver IP address.
