I don't think your response addresses the substance of the article. The Constitution makes provisions for amendment. The Marxists want the whole thing to be scrapped because it is an impediment to their plans to institute a totalitarian system.

Majority medical practice in this country is not healing but managing disease. If you heal the patient, you lose the patient. If you manage the disease with drugs, surgeries, or other treatments you have a continuous cash flow; at least until the patient dies. Of course, many patients prefer it this way. They would rather offload responsibility for their personal health to a professional than take responsibility for eating right, exercising. I did not realize until I became a professional myself (attorney) that "professional" is too often a synonym for "prostitute".

No shame in being a classical liberal (pluralism and all that). In fact, hardly anybody goes under the liberal tag anymore. The left-wing has pretty much adopted the "progressive" label and it seems the only practical distinction between Marxists and Fascists and Progressives these days is that the Fascists and Progressives would allow some greater degree of corporate existence than the Marxists. They are all equally totalitarian.
The best way to love your enemies is to tell them the truth. The truth will set them free.
