you can also get soy puffs that are wonderfully chewy and spongy so they will soak up whatever you put them in.

wanna add when it comes to the brushes/combs that a wet brush through the hair while it’s soaked + conditioned in the shower is going to do an amazing job of detangling and distributing the conditioner throughout the length of each strand. this is the thing that really changed things for me wrt clumps of tangles and matting.

usually an unscented body wash (for the fall though, i’ve been using a bath and body works pumpkin cake scented body wash. the unscented soap is good for making sure there isn’t too many scents going on and i’ve been healing several tattoos at the same time currently so i just use unscented all over). a body lotion after showering can be really nice too and will last a while. secret clinical strength gel deodorant, and a little fragrance mist or perfume. in the warmer months i use a floral one, hummingbird by the zoologist (expensive indie fragrance so i just live off samples), and in the colder months, a cheap vanilla bourbon body mist from target.

it’s incredibly easy to get ~100g of protein a day in without eating a single animal product. a good amount of tofu in each meal will get you there really quickly.

love and pigeons!! nice little romance movie i really like. it’s just a well made film with a lot of big name soviet actors. it also centers around the main character going on a state sponsored mandated vacation which is nice to think about in a capitalist dystopia.

i was JUST asked at a recent gathering (that had only animal products for food) if i "still eat fish" and was met with shock when i said no. do people genuinely think fish aren't living beings or something?

shredded king trumpet mushrooms will forever be the greatest option for any bbq-style sandwich

are you using the ruger factory mags or aftermarket ones? aftermarket mags seem to create problems sometimes from what ive heard. also agree with the other replies about ammo.

for right wingers these books are almost entirely for show and seldom read. having them is less about extracting knowledge from them but about the status symbol of having a trump or liz cheney or ted cruz book or showing off your opinions with these visual capsules of ideology. there isn’t anything in that book worth reading and they know that, it’s just about sending money to your favorite right wing grifter and then getting a little display piece out of it.

also the big chain bookstores are only shelving these books because they’re acceptable opinions in this fascist society. if they shelved lenin for instance i’m sure they’d get blasted by chud media for a week. many smaller independent bookstores will often have marxist stuff or, at the very least, some relatively left leaning authors.

it's usually effective with these people because there's no argument for banning trans women from women's sports that's based in reality, its genuinely a make-believe issue.

estrogen also really weakens you! it's totally a thing. pre-transition, i was in the gym pretty frequently so i built up quite a lot of muscle mass. now i can't lift something more than like 10 pounds. even had to get a polymer stock for my rifle because it was too heavy.
