You know you're old enough to buy beer right?

Has any artist in history rode a hit single longer than Greenwood? There are more people that know Greenwood personally than their are people who can name two songs he sings.

One of the biggest problems with modern reading is that nobody ever has an hour to kill.

As raw entertainment, reading can't compete with screens.

My tip is to ban your phone from the bathroom. Shitting is just about the only time you're sitting still with nothing obvious to occupy your mind. In this situation a shampoo label is interesting.

Your problem isn't censorship, your problem is relaying on services to listen to music. Be it Spotify or the Radio, you're listening to public music; you have to share. And preferences of others are going to override yours, be it business decisions, or just people who'd rather hear the censored version.

You're trying to ride the bus, and mad because it doesn't pick you up and drop you off at your front door.

Even the equipment isn't apples to apples. China pays Chinese wages to troops sure, but they also pay Chinese wages to factory workers. So even the basic inputs like ammunition, uniforms, rations, and small arms aren't directly comparable to Russia, Korea, or the US.

I don't think it's coherent to suggest I'm overlooking what Trump is doing. People can hold views on multiple things.

Viewing justice as the punishment of the guilty is conservatism 101.

The real failure is that no legislation, law-enforcement, or court action has been taken to address why billionaires can snatch little girls off the street. The real failure is that rape is barely even illegal in the US, and it's viewed as right and proper when powerful men have access to little girls the same way their wealth provides them with access to all rare and desirable objects.

This isn't because our leaders are sick, it's because our society is. These men didn't steal our daughters, we sold them out, cheap. No amount of Presidents in prison will change that.

$300 for a PC speaker? Madness.

As someone from the E coast, Olympic is like someone took a forest and turned it up to 11. I understand the technical term is temperate rain forest, but nothing prepares you for the shear density of life.

Groups of trees in a line are common, like in the 2nd pic. That's because they grew on a fallen log that has since rotted away. If you leave anything there for a week, shit will be growing out of that too.

I think it's neat that Newton is taught first. As in: gravity is a function of mass. Because that works in so many scenarios.

But then you learn that gravity bends light and that photons have no mass.

So.... Gravity isn't a force, it's more like going downhill... in the dimension of time.

Y'all think it's funny that dude had a Nazi tattoo? Like that's not relevant? Am I stupid for considering that a giant red flag? Do you think his excuse about not knowing his nazi tattoo was a nazi tattoo is credible? Would you accept that from Pete Hegseth?

People who call themselves anti-fascist should have higher standards. We should recognize that people subjected to fascist violence might view white dudes with Nazi tattoos a little differently. And those people might view white leftests differently knowing that anti-fascism and anti-racism is fungible.

So go ahead and down-vote me, but remember this the next time you're vexed about why Bernie Sanders struggled with black voters. Leftests have a credibility problem in some communities and shit like this is why.

Did the kid in your school have access to experimental kit?

The kid in my school had a special prototype that displayed the Nintendo on the windshield for the passenger of a car. I've been waiting 35 years for that product to hit the shelves.

Representation is important, even if it's phony.
