I think it's a worthy sequel. There were parts that lost me a little the first time through, but I've come to enjoy the ride that these books send you on. I'd place the third book above the second, but it's difficult to match the iconic level of the first. I enjoy them all.
Listening to "The Republic of Thieves" by Scott Lynch for the second time. Just started reading "Artemis" by Andy Weir for the first.
I wouldn't have questioned it without seeing your comment, but now I'm doubtful. I can't make out what's on any of their shirts. They look garbled like an AI image, but it could also just be really old. Hard to tell.
Whole Foods can only benefit from having workers who are happier, healthier, working harder, and staying longer because their union is taking care of them. This will improve the customer experience, which will improves sales. It's a win-win-win.
The only people who lose here are corporate assholes looking to exploit their workers and the general public who will be spoon fed some twisted, anti-union, anti-worker version of this story.
They donated millions to Trump in exchange for future handouts, tax cuts, and deregulation. They'll still get all that, of course, but they also got tariffs, chaos, and government programs too gutted and dismantled to assist them with programs they might depend on.
I know not every tune in 5/4 is "Take Five," but this definitely had a "Take Five" feel. Nice job!
