Oklahoma especially Tulsa area going be fucked if we don't put stop to these data centers. If they go through with building 27 of them in the Tulsa area alone. We can say goodbye to our drinking water, and good bye to affordable electricity.

OKLAHOMA CITY–Senator Dusty Deevers issued on Thursday the following statement on the assassination of Charlie Kirk, a national leader in the fight for truth, faith, and freedom of speech:

“Charlie Kirk was a bold defender of truth, an unyielding advocate for free speech, and a tireless champion for America’s founding values. Most importantly to me, he was a faithful evangelist proclaiming Christ crucified to millions,” Deevers said. “Charlie inspired countless young people to stand courageously for liberty without apology. His passing is a tremendous loss not only to Oklahoma, but to our nation.”

To honor Kirk’s memory and continue his mission, Senator Deevers encouraged the legislature to prepare to enthusiastically pass three measures recently introduced by Senator Shane Jett, R-Shawnee, in the 2026 session:

Senate Bill 1188 – Establishes Charlie Kirk Free Speech Day in Oklahoma, to include statewide programs and discussions promoting open dialogue and the protection of Constitutional rights. Senate Bill 1187 – Requires the creation of a Charlie Kirk Memorial on every public college and university campus in Oklahoma as a permanent symbol of the importance of free expression and open discourse, and of the evil of political violence. Senate Concurrent Resolution 13 – Officially recognizes and honors the life and work of Charlie Kirk, commending his dedication to proclaiming the gospel and preserving America’s heritage of liberty. “Charlie Kirk devoted himself to strengthening the next generation to stand strong in the truth. For that, he was cut down. We must honor and continue his legacy,” Deevers said. “I look forward to doing so come next session.”

To be a qualified teacher in Oklahoma, you need to scream at kids naked. That’s just “discipline.”

Dear Parents & Guardians,

Under my administration, there has been an increased level of accountability and enforcement in Oklahoma schools. I have been clear from day one: we will not tolerate bad actors in our schools. This year alone, we have received 1478 reported concerns, which has resulted in: 30 teacher certifications suspensions, 31 voluntary surrenders, 8 admonishments and 12 lifetime bans.

Our Awarity platform ensures concerns that are otherwise ignored or overlooked are addressed quickly and transparently. From staff misconduct to child nutrition issues, every report is logged, tracked, and routed for proper investigation.

In addition, a new state law now requires school districts to share a teacher’s misconduct history when they apply for a job at another school. This means records of terminations or potential criminal matters follow the teacher, making it much harder for someone with a history of misconduct to simply move and be rehired.

We also report every lifetime ban to NASDTEC, the national platform that tracks educator discipline across states. Already this year, NASDTEC has helped OSDE stop three former teachers from attempting to leave and continue teaching elsewhere after having their certifications revoked in Oklahoma.

The bottom line is that parents deserve peace of mind knowing their children are safe and protected. My administration will continue to fight for higher standards, stronger accountability, and zero tolerance for misconduct in Oklahoma schools.

You can find the Awarity reporting system here, or on our website here

For Oklahoma,

Signature Superintendent Ryan Walters

Oklahoma DHS is a fucking disgrace.

There needs to be a federal investigation.

I’ve sat in fucking court and hear them laugh off runaways. Zero interest in looking for them, zero care.

And a kid is fucking DEAD.

Speck Homes in OKC has killed children. Several other facilities have killed children.

In Haskell, a foster family was forcing a child to stay outside during the winter. When a DHS employee brought this up, she was fired.

I was a CASA for years. When I called DHS out for treating the child I advocating for as human trash, they started trying to accuse me of all kinds of things.

I was hoping if Kamala won, that I could push for a federal investigation, but I don’t think that is happening.

We need people to start saying these names. Speck Homes in OKC, Dreamcatchers in Idabel (do those cops who wanted to lynch people still have jobs?)

I just don’t know what to do. I’ve been in these places, I’ve been trying to blow the whistle, but no one is listening.

The state actually hired 2 consulting firms to help with oversight and management of the funds from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).

Obviously Guidehouse was one firm. The other was 929 Strategies, a public policy and "government relations consulting company." 929 Strategies was founded by former state labor commissioner, Melissa McLawhorn Houston.

McLawhorn Houston served on the current Governor of Oklahoma, Kevin Stitt’s transition team. You can read more about Oklahoma's ARPA money and McLawhorn Houston in this article written by Oklahoma's SPN affiliate.

Once again, I find it so odd that multiple "small government" loving elected politicians across multiple states, are not only all connected by the same Heritage Foundation affiliate network, SPN which is dumping money into policy design for these state affiliates, they're also all using the same D.C. area consulting firm, which has been partnering with the F.B.I. for decades.

I honestly don't think most state citizens would be ok with so many outside influences trying to influence or purchase the policies that determine every day life for citizens of the state. I found out my own local government in Louisiana violated transparency laws and met in secret with Guidehouse, and I know I'm in not ok with it. You cannot demand transparency and oversight, and then pretend it's somehow ok to hide shady business dealings paid for with tax dollars just because you're pointing the finger at other people.

Hiring the consultants was allegedly justified by the state because of the Federal restrictions on how the money could be spent.

As McLawhorn Houston points out, "This is not funding for pensions... This is not for funding ‘rainy days..."

She said the "basic purpose” of the federal funds was “to respond to the public health emergency” of COVID-19 and its associated impacts.

However, according to this Treasury webpage that outlines eligible uses for the funds, there were actually several ways that money could have been put directly into the pockets of some Oklahoma citizens.

This includes:

Respond to the far-reaching public health and negative economic impacts of the pandemic, by supporting the health of communities, and helping households, small businesses, impacted industries, nonprofits, and the public sector recover from economic impacts

Provide premium pay for essential workers, offering additional support to those who have and will bear the greatest health risks because of their service in critical sectors

I'm curious to know if that's how Guidehouse and 929 strategies advised it be spent? Did citizens of Oklahoma benefit from these billions of dollars?

Looks like the concept made its way across the pond. The instance current focuses on the Oklahoma state.
