Yeeessss. It's always, "they only use them for smoke cover."
Well use something else or don't use smoke cover. Idgaf if you feel you need it, the vast majority of it is used by occupying forces or for police oppression.
Every time I see someone say it's only for smoke cover, reports of it being used in artillery shells or the like shortly follow.
