On Mullvad, I've found that servers beginning with a certain number are usually not blocked. Not saying the exact number so that it stays semi-secret, if it is even a secret.

Basically, a whole set of x** seems to be unblocked, where x is a number. So the 100s, 200s, 300s, 400s, or 500s. Try it out! Or DM me and I'll just say the range.
