I have no idea where I'd find this now, but maybe someone else remembers seeing this also?
The worst example of Biden doing this type of shit on camera wasn't the little kids or middle aged politicians in photo ops, it's a clip where he goes up to some random young woman seemingly just passing by on a sidewalk somewhere (I think it was outside some venue when he was campaining for 2020), probably like 18-22yo, and starts trying to rub her cheek and she goes all wide-eyed recoiling in horror. Someone posted a gif of it back on the old sub and it was so fucking creepy and I almost feel like I need a shower just thinking about it
IMO the worst example is the video where he
