The pictures clearly show the blue building of the Russian prosecutor's office, where FSB agents are meeting, and the red building of the pension fund. The enemy reports in panic: "Ukrainian artillery is chaotically ironing the town of Sudzha - houses are smashed, power lines are destroyed, but the population still remains."

LOL turns out the bombing in the area was done by Russia, so as I said, Ukraine didn't shell civilian targets.
Russia doesn't give a shit, including about their own population and soldiers.
