Injection anxiety
I just did my second injection. I don't know why, but for some reason I was more scared to put the needle in this time. I sat there holding the syringe full of estrogen for like 20 minutes after I filled it up, and now I'm worried it got infected. I'm sure I'll get better at this soon, but I thought that it would be easier the second time...And I chickened out before I got it all in again. The thing is, most people say Lena's recommended dosage of 0.22ml at 50 mg/ml is way too high, so I'm not really worried about losing 0.6ml, but I wish I were at least brave enough to do the full thing.
I feel kinda weird again, but I know it's in my head.
Second time was worse for me too. Needles are scary
It's not like it even hurts that much! They're only half an inch in my case; it's less painful than scratching myself. I guess the penetration just makes it feel scarier.
Yeah. It doesn't hurt at all for me (I have a bad sense of pain). I'm just squeemish about sticking a needle in more than like half a milimeter...
For some reason, the doctors "prescribed" 1" needles and I didn't bother looking (and its more than a year supply. I often don't stick it all the way in though.
