That's good for them, but if you're at the point of needing to drop that much money on legal fees you should probably be spending it on things that actually help

Totally. If they didn't have ballot access this year, I would still write in Claudia de la Cruz.

Spending hundreds of thousands of dollars, and for what? A number on the fifth or sixth row of election results, maybe optimistically amounting to 1% in a lucky state? At a certain point, begging for donations for legal costs to keep a candidate who has zero chance of winning is just dumping into the black hole of electoralism. The more that PSL does this, the more the Democratic Party is defanging the PSL and turning them into a mirror image of itself
