micromobility - Ebikes, scooters, longboards: Whatever floats your goat, this is micromobility
Ebikes, bicycles, scooters, skateboards, longboards, eboards, motorcycles, skates, unicycles: Whatever floats your goat, this is all things micromobility!
"Transportation using lightweight vehicles such as bicycles or scooters, especially electric ones that may be borrowed as part of a self-service rental program in which people rent vehicles for short-term use within a town or city.
micromobility is seen as a potential solution to moving people more efficiently around cities"

It's a little sad that we need to actually say this, but:
Don't be an asshole or you will be permanently banned.
Respectful debate is totally OK, criticizing a product is fine, but being verbally abusive will not be tolerated.
Focus on discussing the idea, not attacking the person.
Lime scooters are always blocking sidewalks around where I work as well as where I live. They do not care about the needs of those using sidewalks. They care only about each scooter being accounted for.
Since they're clear how you need to leave the bike out the way of others and you need to photo how you've parked it in order to end your ride it should be quite clear to them who the offenders are.
I just suspect they haven't been dishing out any consequences, because why discourage a paying customer. Shitty behaviour, I hope this changes them.
I've never seen them put up in a way that does not block sidewalks. It has been a decade or so at this point. I often do long runs quite early and for years I have had to move these to unblock sidewalks. It is only about the scooters as property.
Yet more proof the market doesn't regulate itself..
