Also if the Tesla is also going 85mph it wouldn't even hit. So you'd have to slam the brakes right behind a halted car, not the brightest idea.
I'd do it
at that point you can just ram the car yourself

With ABS and ESP I wouldn't think it's a problem. Not gonna go out and try though.
It is. Your brakes can't do much when your tires have zero traction
