i actually saw a video of someone in an SUV in china going absolutely ham, crashing into a bunch of cars and shit, while an officer was trying to pull them out of their car. all the comments were "in america they would have just shot the driver" but presented as if it's a good thing. so the chinese cops are both vicious authoritarians and weak pussies who can't enforce laws.
