I think it's the percentage of top 1000 posts on that subreddit that were made by the Harris campaign for the left, and the percentage of posts on that subreddit made by the Harris campaign in the last seven days on the right. It's been a while since I read the breakdown.

But it just shows how many paid accounts/bots are out there, a quarter of upvotes on the top posts in the politics subreddit can be traced right back to the Harris campaign lol. And that's just one source. Dead internet theory is real.
