People think Carnivore is about eating more meat, but that isn't true

People's protein requirements don't change doing carnivore. It's eating the same amount of meat as you needed before, just fattier cuts of meat.

I don't know about others, but my grocery bill has gone down to about 25% of my pre-carnivore spend.
