I don't imagine it will surprise anyone here, but obviously this is basically an umbrella think tank full of Military Industrial types and ex-generals that oversees a number of other 'security' orgs here in Europe that are all equally ghoulish.
But see if you can guess when the United States Institute of Peace was started...?
