I mean, that has been my experience with a lot of newer cars. They're feeling more and more like airplanes; rear visibility isn't great, trunk lids are higher, pillars are thicker, the cabin is full of headrests and shit...

and to add insult to the injuries, some modern cars don't even let you disable the fucking airbags without connecting to the odb2 port.

cars have just ben getting worse and worse for the few applications where they are the best option (sparsely populated areas with bad infrastructure where having more than 6" of clearance is a hard requirement to not scrape the bottom on potholes).

Because having an A pillar isn't bad enough, they went ahead and added a second one...

Probably so their drivers don't see the people they cut through and end up traumatised?
