budesonide is mostly an asthma treatment, clarithromycin is an antibiotic that does cardiovascular damage and will give you a yeast infection because it kills a lot of good bacteria. Presumably RFK jr or somebody associated who feeds him this 'information' holds investments in the pharma companies who create these drugs, probably these quack doctors as well. It's definitely not remotely 'shaman' like, or 'herbs and tree bark'
They're 100% focusing on this group of particularly weird mennonites to solidify antivax as a freedom of religion aspect for the US christians. Hopefully this makes them cloister together so they don't share it with the rest of us instead
