Katy Perry jokes aside, all flight crews should be female. Since every kg of weight matters, sending women makes sense for reducing payload. Women have been shown to suffer less physical damage from extend time in space. It is low gravity, so physical strength is less important.

I mean, I'm a dude and I've had to do a lot of work in the direction of listening more and trying less to find solutions when people tell me their shit, I don't think that what you're saying is ban-worthy. I still have a lot of work to do in that department, women have made that criticism of me and it's 100% legit

Sounds more like a job for robots. I really think we need to collectively grow out of the Star Trek vision of space and truly embrace that we already exploring the universe in a much more practical way.
