Without context this isn't funny and the most i can get out of it is that it is fat shaming and/or shaming unshaved legs

I mean, that's nice for you, but the difference is that that teasing was coming from the friends, and not internet randos who neither know nor care about you.
Next to nobody who sees that screenshot knows the person in the photo, or whether they're even able to lose weight by "putting in the work".
Also, there's a preponderance of evidence that your case is an outlier, and "teasing" does not improve the lives of its targets.
You never know what somebody is going through, and it costs nothing to be kind.
Putting in the work is mostly eating normal portions, and not only grease USA™.
That person is fat, it's not normal and it has nothing to do with being kind.
I'm not gonna engage with you beyond this since you're obviously uninterested in opinions other than your own, otherwise you might have looked at any of the studies I linked investigating weight-related stigma, which is related to others' kindness or lack thereof.
You're not fighting societal acceptance of obesity, you're just lazily perpetuating harmful social stigmas to justify your own discomfort with fat people.
You say it's not "normal" to be fat, but if a condition is considered epidemic, it's not really abnormal anymore, is it.
You don't know what that person eats. You don't know if that person has a medical disorder. You don't know if that person is disabled and unable to prepare healthy food for themselves. You don't know if that person has an eating disorder that they can't afford treatment for. You don't know if that person is on medications that affect their weight. You don't know if that's even a real person or an AI-generated image.
But you're real quick to diagnose the cause of their obesity as exclusively their personal failure for not eating the correct amount of the correct food.
It takes minutes to see what researchers are saying about this stuff.
Honestly there have been a few times recently where I've seen fat people doing or saying interesting things online, and half the fucking comments are vitriol about their weight and how it reflects on their character, as though that overshadows and invalidates anything they're doing. And sometimes I see other commenters challenging these views, and sometimes the hate commenters will backpedal of they realize that the person they're discussing has what the consider to be a valid medical excuse.
I'm autistic and ADHD, and to me, that kind of behaviour is a reflection of what goes on in places like fakedisordercringe, where they claim to respect people with official diagnoses but never bother to actually see which of their targets has an official diagnosis, or consider that the absence of a formal diagnosis doesn't mean the absence of the condition. And that's because it's not actually about the underlying reasons for the behavior they're mocking, because they don't care about those reasons. They'd rather not know if there's a diagnosis that would exclude their target from mockery because how their target is acting makes them uncomfortable.
It's a way of enforcing conformity through cruelty, just like bullying fat people.
And I've read stuff like this piece, with the line "I wish I didn’t have to justify myself, or base my worth on proving that I’m trying.", and I see myself in that. I've burned myself out multiple times and seriously damaged my physical and mental health as a result of trying to act like I'm neurotypical.
I'm fucking tired of seeing anybody get judged as moral deficients online by people who know nothing about them or their histories.

Making fun of people for being fat might not help them lose weight but it’s not like you are making fun of a person because of something they can’t change like their race, sexual orientation, or even height, it is something that they can 100% change and the picture isn’t of someone whose 10-20 pounds overweight but instead well over 100lbs more than they should be.
It might be an unpopular opinion but a person should feel bad when they are that glutinous that they have consumed 500k calories above their required weight
The parent comment provided tons of scientific research providing evidence towards the fact that shame doesn't motivate weight loss and that epigenetic factors play a key difference in obesity. You laid out a few theoreticals to explain why actually, a fat person I made up in my mind doesn't have to be fat because they can just stop eating.
I acknowledged that shame doesn’t help with weight loss and that legitimate medical conditions can cause you to gain weight. But at the end of the day we have something called the conservation of energy if you like I can drop a link explaining it but if a person doesn’t consume energy then the energy level in their body can’t go up. Fat is a form of stored chemical energy. Therefore the single way that people end up fat is overconsumption of calories.
I explained several of the medical reasons why a person might be more likely to over consume calories even though many of them are very rare but if you can find a single reliable source that shows a person consuming less calories than they burn and managing sustained weight gain (ignoring water weight transients) I will backtrack on everything I said and acknowledge I am wrong
Fat isn't necessarily just about CICO. Someone might have a disorder causing them to store more fat than, for example, build muscle. You might have a thyroid disorder causing you to feel lethargic despite the fact that you ate a BMR level of calories, so you end up storing the remaining energy as fat. Not even getting into the variety of ways human behavior is illogical and can't reasonably be answered with "just eat less." Treatment for eating disorders is not like that.
Do you have a way that a person can gain weight at a calorie deficit? I acknowledged already that people can have a lot of physical changes that cause them to overeat but at the end of the day overeating is the problem
I feel like I reasonably addressed the basic issue. I don't think someone can gain literal weight without eating more calories than they consume, because that is how thermodynamics work. But it's not always as straightforward as over eating, and it doesn't always feel like over eating. For example, common cases of obesity in the US are due to a high amount of hyper processed foods that are calorie dense but don't feel filling. Fat people don't gorge themselves every meal, they eat what feels like a regular amount to sate their hunger. That's why semaglutides are so effective, they make you feel hungry less and full faster. And shame based approaches at making people eat less have been proven not to work, because they don't teach them to choose better foods or make them feel less hungry.
So the problem is a lack of knowledge? Because we have a ton of available knowledge out there all a person has to do is acknowledge that they have a problem and choose to fix it. Almost all goods are required to have calories listed on the side as well so while you might not feel full eating an entire family size bag of Doritos if you acknowledged that you were an unhealthy weight and had any desire to change it you could quickly see that the bag of Doritos is more than 2000 kcal.
I personally believe the real problem is a lack of will power, as information is very readily available. Now some medical conditions can require significantly more will power to lose weight such as people who feel lightheaded while still consuming excess calories but all semiglutides do is make it so you don’t need as much will power. I still think that’s a great option for people who have a desire to lose weight but they need a desire to lose weight first
What you personally believe isn't really important. You should look at research around obesity intervention from the NIH and other international institutions. This is a well-researched field.

Yeah but, despite all of that, (none of which I read, I'm sure it's all true though), it is a natural law of the universe that you cannot get more energy out of a system than you put in. Regardless of all other factors, if you consume upto your daily maintenance calorific intake, you cannot gain weight. If you consume less, you WILL lose weight. Whether external factors or pressures prevent you from managing your calorific intake correctly in another discussion, but the laws of thermodynamics don't take a break when it comes to health and nutrition.
