Oh, so it takes place in Europe?
Not unless you guys have annexed Hawaii recently and I missed that in the news.
Well, we know that Obama was born in Hawaii AND he wasn't born in America, therefore Hawaii is not American (... I saw that key and peele sketch yesterday)

I wish. Have wanted to go for a long time.
Hawaii has a good, free or low cost medicaid program. They also have a state law that makes sure many part time employees get insurance, as well. Somewhere around 95%, of the popualtion, if not more, have some form of insurance.
Has their medicaid program been unaffected by the Trump cuts?
All states will be affected. Mostly, it means each state will have to spend more of its own money to maintain the same level of care.
What that means for the people will vary by state.
