I like the sentiment but I'm always annoyed when people bring their performance to a captive audience. I'm trying to listen to a podcast or read and listen to music. I'm more forgiving in a park, where I can choose to walk away. But even then, if you're just one guy playing an acoustic guitar and singing (badly), knock that shit off. Nobody is impressed. Practice at home. At least these people are doing something unique, which I respect.
I agree, and they have the whole cart to themselves, so it's a nice opportunity to practice without disturbing anyone.
