Lotta people apparently thaw meat on the countertop overnight. My mothers husband and his kids only really stopped when I went all "hello I literally have a food manage safety cert, please stop making me cry with this meat thing"
Lots of petting animals then cutting up food and such from other friends. Animals are not allowed in the food making area when food is being made. Cats might think they can go where they want but they are not allowed and learn or get locked up in the room with food and cat box. They then have learned. One use to watch from the door way and prance in when I said "done now"
How do you thaw meat overnight the right way? I'm vegetarian and honestly don't know
30 minutes in a big bowl of cold water on the counter, then mive the bowl into the fridge overnight.
No. For god sakes no.
Not only are you going to wreck the meat, but you are going to make it dangerous to fry.
Cannot have meat floating in water overnight, it's going to end up a soggy, bloated mess.
I'm not just sticking a pork chop in water. It's still in the freezer bag that i froze it in.
