A place to share screenshots of Microblog posts, whether from Mastodon, tumblr, ~~Twitter~~ X, KBin, Threads or elsewhere.
Created as an evolution of White People Twitter and other tweet-capture subreddits.
RULES:

- Current politics and news are allowed, but discouraged. There MUST be some kind of human commentary/reaction included (either by the original poster or you). Just news articles or headlines will be deleted.
- Doctored posts/images and AI are allowed, but discouraged. You MUST indicate this in your post (even if you didn't originally know). If an image is found to be fabricated or edited in any way and it is not properly labeled, it will be deleted.
- Absolutely no NSFL content.
- Be nice. Don't take anything personally. Take political debates to the appropriate communities. Take personal disagreements & arguments to private messages.
- No advertising, brand promotion, or guerrilla marketing.

the original topic was mitch mconnell filibustering his own bill when obama approved it. because they are not a real political party, just obstructionists who funnel money to rich people. (and support racism such as things like 'private schools' IE segregation.)

This is a lie. It was not the "original topic" and anyone who can scroll up can confirm this. You're the one who keeps trying to talk about mcconnell (I have to actually write his name because otherwise you will immediately pretend I'm talking about someone else) in a thread that isn't about him.
No its a original topic that you refuse to acknowledge. Which is you saying dems do nothing and me saying they (conservatives) only obstruct and enrich millionaires and racists, even against their own bills.

Yeah, it really sucks when people don't want to change the subject when you do.
Yeah, republicans do that. We don't have to keep making it easy for them. Yet we keep the filibuster around because republicans use it to block progressive legislation, and centrists like being able to point to republicans and be like "It's their fault!" When all it would take to pass anything democrats want is 50 votes to kill the filibuster for good. But they know they have people who will try endlessly to pivot to mcconnell in order to defend democrats' inaction.
