Gotta love the old 'hey, since you're already doing this, can you just add........'

So frustrating. Have they tried the guilt trip yet?

They're in the service industry as well, they know exactly what they're doing. Makes it worse! And they're getting very good value from me to begin with, squeezing that scope for all its worth. Prices are going to go up I think.
