I spilled some damp kitty litter while emptying the tray into the bin… now I have to sweep that up and mop the lino. And before that I spilled a drink on the carpet next to my bed that I need to finish blotting up and use cleaner on.

Cleaning is truly never over :(

i mop the floor every time anyway, cat paws are yucky, only takes 5 seconds with the dettol wipes mop https://www.dettol.com.au/cleaning/wipes/dettol-antibacterial-floor-mop-system-pack-of-25-wipes/

carpet, I do not like carpet

I don’t use disinfectant on the floor because it’s toxic to cats D:

I use hot soapy water and have a small bottle of veterinary disinfectant if it’s ever really bad

The warning is don't let cats walk on wet floors. Dry floor it's ok. 👍

Bubs has a habit of teleporting onto freshly applied cleaning products so there’s a lot of nontoxic stuff used
