Germany here. Saw on the weather forecast that there was gonna be rain, so I figured I'd rather get wet than fried alive and popped out for a shopping tour when the rain started.

Ended up being one of the heaviest rainfalls I've seen so far. The raindrops were so chonky that I got splashed through my umbrella. Waiting for the bus felt like being at sea with each passing car throwing a wave up the sidewalk. And the home improvement store had several roof leaks, which is kind of ironic.

But yeah, I'd be cool with it, if we would tone things back down now. Switching back and forth between heatwave and monsoon is good for a laugh, if it lasts for a week, not all of summer.
