I'm avoiding Steam but I can see it's on GOG as well. Is it humorous or serious? The humour is one aspect that makes me like Theme Hospital.

It's absolutely goofy. Honestly it plays almost identically to Theme Hospital. I played both around the same time and I can't remember what was from which game now

I think.you mean Two Point.Hospital. Project hospital is not goofy or funny at all

in case you missed it, someone else corrected us and its Two Point Hospital I was thinking of, not Project Hospital

Two-Point Hospital is great, available in all plataforms and it is very humourous.

Project hospital is very detailed and serious. The most I"ve seen a hospital management be. There is even a mourgue
