The next step is going to be an EO to not prosecute burning *other countries' flags* as hate speech.

except israel… that’d be antisemitism

and if you don’t use a pride flag and fracked oil to fuel your grill on 4th july and somehow using an AR-15 to light it that’s a prosecution
