Charging someone for something that is 100% verified to be a perfectly legal constitutional right seems like the sort of thing that should result in a disbarment.

“You should get a one-year jail sentence if you do anything to desecrate the American flag,” Trump in 2024 during a “Fox & Friends” interview.

I'm not at all surprised that he explicitly names the American flag. The next step is going to be an EO to not prosecute burning other countries' flags as hate speech.
